Description

This 10×60W RGBW Zoom Pixel Beam Bar Moving Head Light is engineered as a high-output pixel beam fixture designed for structured stage environments and professional touring systems.
It integrates ten 60W RGBW zoom beam engines with a dedicated multi-zone strobe system featuring CW, WW, and RGB LED sections, delivering layered beam projection and high-impact white and color strobe effects within a single moving bar platform.

Unlike multi-head pixel beam arrays that rely on independent beam modules, this fixture emphasizes unified bar movement, aligned beam output, and integrated strobe layering to create strong visual lines and dynamic impact moments on large-scale stages.

Product Structure

The fixture integrates ten 60W RGBW LED beam engines arranged in fixed linear alignment across a reinforced metal bar housing.

In addition to the beam section, a dedicated multi-zone strobe array is built into the front assembly, consisting of:

  • 96 × 3W CW LEDs

  • 96 × 3W WW LEDs

  • 96 × 0.5W RGB LEDs

This layered architecture enables simultaneous beam projection and high-output white or color strobe effects within a single fixture.

The bar operates as a unified moving platform, maintaining optical alignment across all beam engines during tilt motion.

Optical System

The motorized zoom system allows precise beam shaping:

  • Beam angle: 2.8°–31°

  • Field angle: 5°–46°

This zoom range enables both narrow long-throw aerial beams and wider beam spreads for mid-range stage coverage.

White output color temperature: 6,300K
Total luminous flux: 22,400 lm

The LED system is rated for an expected service life of approximately 20,000 hours.

Control & Connectivity

The fixture supports professional control environments through:

  • DMX512

  • RDM

DMX channel modes (7 selectable modes):

  • 17CH

  • 27CH

  • 99CH

  • 108CH

  • 168CH

  • 8+100CH

Movement System

Tilt (Y-axis) operating angle: 202°

The unified tilt structure ensures consistent beam alignment during programmed movement sequences, supporting synchronized stage compositions.

Electrical Specifications

Input voltage: 180–240V ~ 50/60Hz
Power consumption: 800W

Performance & Effects

Within the 10×60W RGBW Zoom Pixel Beam Bar Moving Head Light, each 60W RGBW beam engine delivers saturated color output with smooth RGBW mixing and linear dimming from 0–100%.

The integrated strobe system supports:

  • High-intensity cold white flash

  • Balanced warm white burst

  • RGB segmented color strobe effects

By combining unified bar tilt movement with layered strobe segmentation, the fixture supports:

  • Structured aerial beam lines

  • Synchronized linear sweeps

  • Impact flash moments during cue transitions

  • Layered beam and strobe compositions

The optical alignment and unified motion design emphasize controlled beam architecture rather than segmented independent head movement.

Applications

This fixture is suitable for:

  • Touring stage productions

  • Concert systems

  • Festival main stages

  • Large DJ booths

  • Fixed installation venues requiring structured beam arrays

Its unified movement structure and high-output strobe layering make it appropriate for environments where visual symmetry and synchronized beam lines are required.

It is often deployed alongside multi-head pixel beam systems to create layered beam structures and synchronized stage compositions.
