A: We are a factory-type manufacturer with our own R&D, production lines, and a strict quality control system. We also provide direct OEM/ODM support.
A: Yes – OEM/ODM orders can offer options for logo printing, casing color, DMX mode, packaging, and firmware.
A:We offer a wide range of stage lighting products including LED moving heads, wash lights, spotlights and LED par lights etc. Our products are designed for both indoor and outdoor use and are suitable for a wide range of events including concerts, nightclubs, theatre productions and festivals.
A: Yes, we offer a 2 year warranty on all our products. If you experience a problem with your purchase within 2 years, please contact us and we will work hard to resolve the issue.
A: Our products comply with CE, RoHS, and FCC standards. We can provide test reports and certification documents if needed.
A: Custom products cannot be returned! For regular products, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase. However, the product must be in its original condition and packaging, and you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Currently, we only accept returns to our Chinese factory.
A: No, we will give you the most suitable factory price and use the most suitable transportation method to save you the cost of the whole process
A: Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order online.
